For BB&T Ballpark, Elm Engineering is providing the electrical engineering, lighting design, and full construction administration services for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The ballpark will be located two blocks from Bank of America Stadium (home of the Carolina Panthers) in Charlotte, North Carolina. The site is bound by 4th Street on the north, Mint Street on the east, Martin Luther King on the south, and Graham Street on the west. BB&T Ballpark is designed to accommodate baseball and a multitude of other events, such as concerts, trade shows and receptions, and meetings.
