Ms. Reitterer is the owner of Elm Engineering, Inc. She manages the overall office production and scheduling and provides electrical design. Ms. Reitterer has over 28 years of experience designing low and medium voltage power distribution systems, emergency generators, chiller and boiler plant power systems, photovoltaic grid tied and standalone systems.
William Aldridge, PE, QCxP
Mr. Aldridge is the mechanical department manager for Elm Engineering, Inc. He performs mechanical commissioning, and is a Qualified Commissioning Provider. He is a results driven professional engineer with an exemplary record of meeting project deadlines.
Tom Garchek, CxP
As a partner in the firm and the construction administration and commissioning authority manager, Mr. Garchek brings over 35 years of field experience to construction administration, commissioning, and project implementation.
Derk Beutler, CPD, CET, ARCSA AP
Mr. Beutler manages the fire protection and plumbing team of engineers and designers. Mr. Beutler is an expert in fire sprinkler system and rainwater catchment systems. He has over 27 years of experience in fire protection and plumbing systems design and construction.
