FEATURED PROJECTElm Engineering is providing the electrical engineering, lighting design, and full construction administration services for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the new BB&T Ballpark. The ballpark site will be located in the Uptown area of Charlotte, North Carolina a couple of blocks north of the existing Panther Stadium (NFL).
FEATURED PROJECTThis 125,000 square foot building includes offices and classrooms that house the University’s Education Department. Elm provided the MEP design and LEED consulting services for the project which is anticipating LEED Silver certification.
FEATURED PROJECTThis new 785,000 square foot (71,000 square meter) Hyatt Regency Hotel, “H2″, at Incheon International Airport near Seoul, Republic of Korea will be LEED Gold certified.
FEATURED PROJECTThis LEED Silver operations center for Piedmont Natural Gas in Nashville, Tennessee utilized photovoltaic site lighting, solar water heating, and achieved 40% energy savings over the ASHRAE baseline.
